NHRA WINTERNATIONALS JUST 10 MINUTES FROM FAST LAP INDOOR KART RACING
The NHRA Winternationals are headed to Southern California this February. If your coming out for the drag races stop by our track in the City of Mira Loma/Eastvale. Fast Lap is just a little over 10 minutes away very close to the Ontaio International Airport in Ontario, California. We are located on the very western edge of the Inland Empire near Pomona, Upland, Montclair, Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga, Coroma and just 35 minutes from Los Angeles, Anaheim, Disneyland and Dodger Stadium. Every February since 1961, fans have flocked to Southern California for one of drag racing’s grandest traditions: The unveiling of new cars, drivers, teams, and sponsorships at the season opener, where teams hope to use the season kickoff as a springboard in their pursuit of a spot in the Countdown to Championshipat the fabled Pomona facility known for its outstanding traction, smooth surface, and record performances.
2011 recap: Morgan Lucas (Top Fuel), Robert Hight (Funny Car), and Jason Line (Pro Stock) kicked off NHRA’s 60th Anniversary season with victories. Fans also witnessed great performances during the four-day event, including the fastest Top Fuel speed and second-quickest pass, plus the fourth-fastest Top Fuel speed, the third- and sixth-quickest Funny Car e.t.s, and the third-fastest Pro Stock speed.
How to Get There: The track is about 25 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. From Interstate 10 east, exit Fairplex Drive or White Avenue and go north; follow signs to Fairplex. From I-10 west, exit Fairplex Drive and go north. The track is about 1 mile north of the interstate. Arrow Highway provides access from the north.
